It’s Friday. And this evening Kevin, Maggie, and I are headed to the beach for the weekend. And next Tuesday is my birthday!

- I made a batch of these delicious Protein-Packed Almond Butter Energy Balls for the first time in TOO long. They’re so good, and super quick and easy to make. If you’re looking to mix up your snack game for next week, try whipping up some of these!
- Have you tried mushroom coffee? (It sounded SO weird to me until I gave it a try.) It tastes good, though (like real coffee, even!), and it has caffeine (but less than a cup of coffee).
