Maggie Monday (May 29)

We’ve been at the beach for a few days now, and it seems that Maggie has successfully received the “I love the beach” gene, which is amazing news. (Then again, her experience with the beach so far has been long naps under a tent with the beachy breeze on her face, so maybe the jury is still out on the beach as a whole. But so far so good!)

We’ve loved spending this holiday weekend with Kevin’s parents and his brother, Justin, and his wife, Katie. Maggie is so lucky to have so many people who love her!

Quick stats:

-She’s 8 weeks old.
-The beach air seems to be doing her good, at least, as we’re getting a good nine or so hours of sleep out of her every night, which has been incredible!
-She’s less of a gremlin most nights lately (knock on wood), so she might be growing out of that stage.
-Perhaps my favorite moment every day is getting Maggie out of bed, because the joy that fills her face when she sees me for the first time each day is beyond incredible:

Here are a few of my favorite Maggie photos from the last week or so:

It’s such a treat watching this girl grow!
