Maggie Monday (November 6, 2017)

Maggie highlights this week:

  • Celebrations: She turned SEVEN months old and celebrated her first Halloween (dressing as Super Mario to mark the occasion) — all on the same day!

  • Crawling: It’s official — she’s on the move! (Sorry, Fulton. Your life’s about to get a lot less fun.)

  • Eating: Now that she’s so active, this girl is eating in a BIG way! Her lunch Saturday included: pureed squash, quinoa, and HALF a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Get it, girl. (Now THIS part works in your favor, Fulton!)

  • “Talking”: Maggie-girl has things to SAY! (Of course, none of it is intelligible just yet, but that doesn’t slow her down. I love how emphatic she can get while telling us things! I just can’t wait to hear the things she’ll tell us once she can…)

Maggie and I also went to the Greensboro Science Center over the weekend with a friend and her girls, and we had the BEST time. Maggie loved getting to see the penguins, jellyfish, and sharks, and had fun crawling around in the play area, too. (Oh, and also posing as a dinosaur! Ha!)

I’d never been to this facility before, and it’s amazing! They have a whole outdoor zoo portion that we skipped because the weather was gross and drizzly, so we’ll have to go back again soon to check out that section.

Here are a few other pics from the past week. Life with Maggie-girl just keeps getting more fun!:
