Friday Favorites (September 25, 2020)

Today’s the last Friday in September, y’all. Whoa. Fall is most definitely here, and I’m loving the cooler temps! (Today’s rainy, so not quite as much fun, but I’ll use it as an opportunity to get lots done inside.)

Oh, and exciting news over here: my Beautycounter holiday sets (which I got to order early as a consultant) are slated to arrive TOMORROW. Happy weekend to me — it will be like Christmas in September! I’ll be sharing an unboxing over in my Beautycounter Facebook group to give you a sneak peek of all the amazingness this weekend…

In the meantime, I have a few favorites I thought I’d share with you today…

I got some new sneakers, and I LOVE THEM!!! They’re a little funkier than I usually go for when it comes to shoes, but I’m a big fan. (They’re also quite comfy.) I know I’ll be rocking these a ton this fall — most frequently with black leggings. (Speaking of…I need to hunt down some faux leather maternity leggings, because my Spanx faux leather leggings are a staple this time of year and I know mine aren’t going to fit me for long this season!)

-Looking for a quick, easy, and perfect-for-fall dinner? Make this super simple curry! I improvised a bit based on what we had on hand (I added a can of chickpeas, some celery, and spinach, and we didn’t have broccoli so I doubled the cauliflower) and it turned out SO well. We enjoyed ours over brown rice. Yum!

-One of my favorite cleaning brands, Better Life, is having a 15% off site wide sale! Use the code FALL15 at checkout to apply the savings. Some of my favorite Better Life products include the All-Purpose Cleaner, the Cleaning Wipes, the Dish Soap, and the Laundry Detergent.

-Here’s another sale I had to share: My beloved Go Macro bars are 30% off with the promo code FLASH! We loooove these bars at our house (the kids’ bars are staples for Maggie), and so being able to get them on sale is always an exciting day over here.

Hope your Friday is a good one!
