Get ready for some cuteness, y’all.
Last Sunday, Kevin and I teamed up with our friends Allen and Mary for a joint photo shoot with our dogs, Fulton and Roark. After all, our pups aren’t just the best of friends — they’re also the names behind Kevin and Allen’s men’s grooming company, Fulton & Roark.
Lucky for us, there’s a great non-profit organization here in town called Project Pearl. (Please check them out if you’re not familiar with them. They’re awesome.) They partner with the local animal shelter and help spotlight dogs and cats who need good homes. Part of that includes the organization taking adorable pictures of the animals thanks to the skills of some local photographers.
We reached out to one of those photographers — the talented Steph Skardal — to capture photos of the doggies, and it was a great choice. Look how cute they turned out! (Thanks, Steph!):
Anna-
Really enjoyed meeting Kevin and hearing about ( sniffing, too) his products! As a self proclaimed “fragrance freak” was exciting to hear about how he developed the scents- and what fabulous packaging! Now that I see who the line was named after, it’s even cooler! These four legged friends make outstanding models!!Always love seeing you around the barre and glad I found your blog! As someone raised by the son of an English professor- I can totally relate to the poor grammar irritations referenced in the “about” section of this blog..One that was hammered into my head was “lie vs lay”- We inherited a dog who was raised with the command to “lay down” . She wouldn’t respond to “lie down” no matter how I tried to teach her…Finally gave up and would just have to cringe whenever I heard myself giving her the command…
Rebecca,
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog, and for your kind words! I’m always glad to learn there’s another grammar nerd in my life. 🙂 Hope to see you at Pure Barre again soon!
