If you know ANYTHING about me, it’s probably that I love Pure Barre. I have gained SO much from this community (which is far more than just an amazing workout), and have been teaching at our Winston-Salem and Clemmons studios for the past 2.5 years.
Before trying Pure Barre back in January of 2013, I’d never found a workout I loved. I’d jump around from thing to thing, but was never really good about being consistent. I tried Pure Barre, though, and immediately fell in love. (Well, maybe it took a handful of classes for the “What just happened to me?” feeling after every class to wear off, but soon I was head over (super high) heels for this workout. Fast forward to now, and I honestly can’t imagine my life without Pure Barre. (I even took class all throughout my pregnancy — up until the week Maggie was born!)
