This week feels like it’s flown by, and here we are at Friday already. (I’ll take it!)
Kevin, Maggie, and I are heading to Asheville this weekend to meet up with our friends Kristen and Ryan and their son, Theo. (We haven’t met Theo yet, and I can’t wait for him and Maggie to become friends!)
Since it’s Friday, I wanted to share a few things I’ve been loving lately (and I always like to hear what YOU’VE been loving, too, so I’d love for you to share those things in the comments!):
- I mentioned Made By Mary in a Friday Favorites post over the summer, and since then I’ve received two of her necklaces as birthday gifts from Kevin. (Thanks, Love!) I have both the Satellite Choker and the Roman Numerals Bar Necklace (with our wedding date on it). I LOVE pairing these, but they look great separately as well!
- Y’all. These BOOTIES! I am obsessed. I have had my eye on them for, oh, probably a year, but finally bought a pair during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale back in August. They have been patiently waiting in my closet, waiting for fall(ish) weather, and I finally got to wear them for the first time yesterday! They’re SO cute, and pretty comfy, too. (They’re still available at Nordstrom and come in four colors!)
- I’m definitely on a shoe kick, because I also grabbed a pair of these (LOVE the color) last week during a TOMS flash sale. They aren’t available via TOMS’ website anymore, but Zappos has them for just $62.99! I’m still waiting for mine to arrive, and will report back once they do!
- Kevin and I have been watching the show Great News on Netflix (thanks for the recommendation, Mallory!), and it’s SO fun. It’s lighthearted and laugh-out-loud funny (we weren’t surprised to learn that Tina Fey is one of the many funny folks who had a hand in it!), and is a nice change of pace from the also very good but quite heavy series I’ve been watching on my own, The Fall.
